Welcome to Hotel Deep, where we are committed to ensuring a serene and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please acquaint yourself with the following guidelines to make your stay with us pleasant:

Room Keys:
A charge of Rs. 1000/- will apply for the loss of room keys, which must be settled by the guest.

Valid ID:
All guests are required to present a valid ID during the check-in process.

Personal Belongings:
Please take necessary precautions to safeguard your belongings, as the hotel management cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal items.

Prohibited Items:
To ensure the safety of all guests, storing illegal, flammable, or dangerous items in rooms is strictly prohibited.

Pets:
For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.

Conduct:
Respectful and lawful behavior is expected at all times. Any form of gambling or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

Laundry:
Washing and hanging of clothes in rooms or outside windows/balconies are not permitted. Utilize our convenient laundry service instead.

Visitors:
Visitors are welcome until 9:00 pm. After this time, access to the hotel premises is restricted.

Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. Charges for damages will be determined based on the cost of the affected item(s).

Energy Conservation:
Help us conserve energy by switching off all electrical appliances when leaving your room.

Food:
Outside food is not permitted on the hotel premises.

Smoking:
Hotel Deep is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of Rs. 10,000/-.

Cooking:
For safety reasons, cooking is not permitted in the rooms.

Medical Emergencies:
For hospital information or ambulance service, please contact the front desk.

Room Checks:
Routine checks on rooms may be conducted by hotel staff for maintenance, safety, and security. Every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience, with advance notice whenever possible.

Violation of Rules:
In case of rule violation or misconduct causing inconvenience to others, the hotel management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave, with forfeiture of all payments made.

Changes to Rules:
The management reserves the right to alter or amend regulations without prior notice.

Payment:
The balance payment is to be settled in full at the time of check-in.

Extra Beds:
Please note that Hotel Deep does not provide extra beds

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation more than 2 days before check-in incurs no fee, except for weekend bookings (Friday to Sunday), which have a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in result in a 100% retention fee. Credit or debit card cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee upon refund. We encourage guests to review travel plans carefully, especially for weekend stays. Thank you for choosing Hotel Deep.
